I have a LJ4 that has developed a error message code 13 Paper Jam, while the paper is exiting. After pulling the paper out, I found that there are the accordion folds at the bottom of the paper. I have taken out the fuser and checked that there are no broken gears. The paper sensor arm is still there. May I know what could be the fault causing the problem?

Thanks.
If the leading edge of the paper is up in the delivery assembly, the rollers in that assembly are too worn out to push the paper out of the printer. Since the fuser is pushing it with positive pressure, the paper accordions up at the bottom because it has no where to go.
