Epson 600 heads
Can anyone guide me how to clean the nozzles on the print head on my epson 600? From actually finding the nozzles and getting them out to the cleaning process? Because I had the printer in storage for a few months and it seems they got clogged but I have no idea where to start! Thanks alot, any help is great!

Ramez: I never remove a Printhead Assembly for cleaning, just for replacement and I clean them while still mounted in the printer. Its very easy to actually damage the printheads and its easy to get the factory adjustments off...You might want to try using the Printhead Cleaning Kit, available through the home page on "fixyourownprinter.com", for around $10.00 plus shipping. It includes a syringe and some Epson Printhead Cleaning Solution, which is designed to dissolve most clogs, especially if you were using Epson inks. You can try it if you want to and see if you can get the printhead nozzles to open up again...If you want to see what's involved in print head cleaning, Wes has supplied a link that might help: " http://www.epsonhelp.web1000.com/printhead.html "...Check for a couple of e-mails from me, with some additional information that might help...Good Luck!
