Epson Epson Stylus Color 3000

Epson Stylus 3000

Can anybody help-My Epson stylus color 3000 has a
problem. On power up the operate light comes on-the carriage initialises and then the operate/paperout/pause and all the media type lights flash. The ink out lights stay on constantly.
It sounds like a waste tank reset is required but i'm not sure .
Any help would be much appreciated.

It indicates a maintenance request error. The waste ink pads requires replacement and a reset of the waste ink counter. The waste ink pads are located underneath the ink cartridges.
