Hp HP LaserJet 4M

HP 4M Curling

My Laserjet 4M is curling all of the pages on both ends of the paper. If you set the page flat on a desk it curls up. Is there somthing I can install to fix it? It also has a line of ink on the right had side of every page.

Build up of toner on fuser can cause that..
Open back caver, remove the two screws and pull fuser out to clean.

Good luck

Line of toner on the right side is a bad toner cartridge. Left side is worn out fuser roller. Curling is caused by the fuser getting too hot. One possible cause is toner building up on the temperature sensor. This acts as an insulator and results in incorrect temperature feedback, causing the fuser to heat to a higher temperature.

Thanks for the replies, I changed the toner and the line is gone. I am going to try and clean the fuser if that does not work can you tell me where to get a new fuser? Thanks!
