Epson Stylus Photo 750

My Photo 750 has stopped printing. On initial power on the print head moves slowly out from the park position stops and the following error lights

Power on flashing
Paper flashing
Black ink constantly on
Colour ink constantly on

tried resetting without success. Epsons minimum charge is more than the printer is worth. Anyone any ideas ?
