Blank pages

My DEClaser 3500 is printing blank pages. Even printing of reports directly from the printer, without any computer connected, gives me blank pages.

The printer reports no error and everything else seems ok. Toner cartridge is replaced. Can this problem be caused by anything else than a failure in high voltage power supply? If so, should I order a non refundable high voltage power supply unit for a 4 year old printer or does anyone have a better idea?

That is a Fuji/Xeros 5/10 engine. It's the same as in the Apple select 360. Your diagnosis is probably on the money. I should have a working used hv power supply in stock. If you need to, you can also order our 360 kit that shows how to disassembly the printer.

Moe, I was in a hurry and ordered a hvps from DEC/Compaq support. It came today and was immediatly installed. And life is no longer blank pages :-) Thanks for your answer anyway. I did learn that Apple select toner works with my laser.
