HP 4M paperjam

I am getting consistent jamming at the end of the paper cycle prior to exiting the Paper Exit Area. The paper stops right at the exit roller and still has a couple of inches resting in the fuser assembly. When I pull the paper out of the fuser assembly, it is folded somewhat like an accordian--only at the few inches pulled out of the fusing assembly. I am trying to figure out if the problem is the Paper Exit Area roller assembly or the Fuser Assembly.
this is a common problem. The output rollers are not turning at the correct speed.(I know it sounds wierd). Check the rollers for wear and the drive gears. the rollers most likely need to be replaced

Check our Printer Repair Kits section for the HP4 Exit Accordion Jam kit. The paper folds up accordion style because the exit rollers aren't pulling it as fast as the fuser assembly is pushing it.
