Is there a difference between a loan and a credit?

I don't quite understand the differences between these concepts. Can someone explain?

Neither with a loan, nor with a loan it is better not to mess with at all. What difference does it make if you have to pay interest on both? It's better to do it on your own than to give away your money for nothing.

I could be wrong, but I guess a loan is issued by a bank and a loan is issued by a private financial institution. I had a credit card, but then I closed it, I don't remember why. When I needed a certain amount of money for a short period of time, I went to the bank out of habit and they refused me, so I turned to an online loan service https://compacom.com/personal-loans/south-carolina . 5 minutes - and the money was on my card. Since then my choice is obvious.
