Hello! How I can contact dish network customer service?

Good afternoon. Sometimes resetting your HD DVR receiver is all it takes to fix these picture problems. If you read here you will understand that this is indeed the case. Dish Network suggests unplugging the receiver for 15 seconds and then plugging it back in. This forces the receiver to reboot automatically; when it reboots, it also checks for technical updates from the Dish Network, in some cases fixing pixelation and freezing issues. Pixelation and freezing are a bigger issue for many Dish Network subscribers when using the DVR features of their receiver.
