Canon Pixma MG5220
Error message 5C20
My canon pixma printer is making a griding noise when I try to print. It appears that the ink cartridges are stuck in one spot. the screen displays the error message 5C20 Can you give me any help?
Push power button and shut off printer. Unplug printer for 30 seconds. This will reset it. Plug it back in and try again.
