partial and smeared print
I cleaned the pick up roller with distilled water and that was a good a week.
But because of the partial and smeared print, I wonder if there is another problem.
The pick up roller helps transfer the paper, smudged and partial printing is probably due to dirty printheads. By a printhead cleaning kit for your Canon.
