Printer not responding
I,m on my second replacement printer head. My PC is on windows 10.
All the self diagnostics seem to be functioning properly.
the computer gives me this message: Printer not responding
I have changed the cable

If that works, then it is a communications issue. You could try reinstalling the driver.
