Epson Stylus Pro 9800
Won't recognize full ink cartridge
Hi,
I'm getting the 'change ink cartridge' message, but when I do, it still gives me this message. I've tried two different cartridges, and turning it on and off, and keep getting this message.
I hope someone can help!

cartridges have chips at the front. Try cleaning the contacts in the printer.
I fixed it!
I taped q-tips to a paint brush to gently clean the ink slot's contact points. This got me far enough so it would recognize the full cartridge, and then I could do a power clean.
