Doesn’t recognize the ink ... detection impossible
Since I’ve tried to change the black ink the printer doesn’t recognize anything and it won’t print even though the black ink is full. But the other colors are empty.
Ink cartridges have chips that count pages. Printer has to recognise all the chips and if it doesn't see one or if any are seen as empty, the printer won't work. All inkjet printers come with starter ink cartridges that are about 25% full so the company can start making money off you as soon as possible.
