Incorrect size of paper in tray 2 - error 41.0.3
The printer generates jams when a4 sheets are printed. Example:
- duplex print job
- first page comes out well
- the second one is jammed.
After removing the paper from under the toner or fuser, 2 or more pages are stuck together by static electricity and their total length is greater than A4.
How to solve it?
- Replace the formatter.
- Replace fuser
- Replaced rollers with new ones
Possibly the solenoid that releases the pickup roller is sticking. I have seen that happen thousands of times on printers going bsck 30 years.
The result is the roller continues to turn causing the next sheet to be picked up early and resulting in the jam which is a wrong paper size. To confirm, you can watch the roller through the opening at the back of the tray.
