Incorrect Tonor Cartridge Fault Error Code 093-925
I have a Xerox Versalink B400 printer and ran out of ink in the cartridge that came with the unit and when I insert my new cartridge I get an error code Tonor Fault 093-925. The cartridge is not a genuine xerox cartridge. I have tried removing the cartridge and turning the power off for 10 minutes and putting the cartridge back in, updating the firmware, but have not had any luck in getting this error code to go away.
Cartridge has a reset chip on the outside. Either it was not changed or a defective one was used. Here is a link to a chip.
