Pick more than 1 paper
starts to print normally, than when 1/3 of the page is printed it pulls another paper in and got stuc
All HP printers use a release solenoid on the pickup roller. It allows it to make one revolution to pick up the paper and then springs back to lock the roller in place and keep it from picking up other sheets. HP has used this crappy foam that is supposed to silence the metal on metal noise on every printer it has ever built. I have repaired hundreds of solenoids by removing the sticky foam and replacing it with thin sticky backed felt that lasts forever. Wake up HP!
