Good afternoon. I purchased a MFC-9130 printer 3 years ago and on the 3 year anniversary there's a "Print Unable 1E" error. I've restarted the printer, unplugged it, changed the cartridges, and the error still remains. It was working just fine a week ago. Please advise.
The usual solution to this problem is just resetting the machine but since you've done it already, I think it's time to contact the customer service to ask about additional warranty options. I've had a similar problem before with my printer when I needed to print my paper that I ordered through this great website and I remember asking for help from customer service.
