Replace Magenta toner message
I am getting a message to replace the magenta toner and I have done so (with 2 different fill toner cart. and tried a different drum as well) and I still get the message. I know how to do the reset, but when I open the cover and hold cancel/secure all I get is a message "no data stored". I have tried all the little suggestions from everyone, I need someone that really knows the printer.
