LaserJet 4 with LC Lower Tray on macOS Sierra
Hi. Since I upgraded to MacOS Sierra, I cannot get my LaserJet 4 to print to the LC tray. The self-test page shows it as available. I've tried the Generic PCL drive and a couple of the Gutenberg CUPS drivers. Any bright ideas?
This is one of the reasons I passionately hate all Apple products. Want to upgrade anything, you can't without it costing money. Back in 1976 one of the original partners sold his 10% share for $800. Now worth $58 billion. Wish I had bought it, I woudn't hate Apple so much.
Thanks for the response. Just a little follow-up: I tried printing from a Windows laptop, with the same result. I guess I'll open a new ticket for this.
Got it. Someone or something moved the paper selector dial so that it was between Letter and A4 and therefore the printer did not recognize that letter was loaded.
