My 1650EN printer will print one page and always jams on the second with the paper left at the rear of the unit. If I print single pages one at a time its OK but after each page it records an error requesting A4 paper. Just pressing menu/select 3 times is all that is required to print the next page ?? Help !
Not familiar with that printer, but I will tell you about models I am familiar with. On those, the backstop of the tray which fits against the back of the paper signals the size of the page to the printer. It does so by moving some arms on the side in and out so they contact 1 to 3 switches in the printer and that tells the printer what size. Basically, that is the problem you are having, the printer thinks that a different size of paper is in the tray than what you are telling the printer to use through the software.
