Apple Personal Laserwriter 300 - Horizontal Black Lines

I have recently been given an Apple Personal Laserwriter 300. The printer functions correctly except that there are 2 horizontal lines that appear faintly in the copy. They are spaced about 3/4" appart and repeat about 3 times in a letter sized print out. I'm guessing that it's the drum and that replacing the toner cartridge will fix it, but I would like a more expert opinion. Thank you.

Expert opinion is the printer sat for awhile. This caused the wiper blade to "stick" to the drum surface. When the printer first started, the drum coating pulled off. If you look closely, you'll see little xxx forming the lines. Change the cartridge, it'll fix the problem.
