HP LaserJet II Input Paper Jam Error Message
When using either a letter or legal sized paper cartridge, my HP LaserJet II does not initiate a paper feed. After it revs up as though it was feeding paper, it produces a "Paper Jam" error message. When the top of the printer is opened, there is no paper visible in the intake rollers. The paper in the cartridge looks as though it raised up, but it does not exit the cartridge. Thanks for your help.
