5SI 59.2 error

I have a 5SI printer with a 59.2 error message on the display. I have changed out the switch sensor PCA, the main motor, the DC Controller as the HP service manual stated to do. I still have the error message.
I am lost now. Any thoughts?

Wish I could help you but you've tried everything. The only thing I can suggest is maybe something is binding causing the motor to stall. Might be something off the wall like a power supply not supplying enough voltage to the motor?

May not apply to your printer, but I have run across some TI Microlasers that had gummed up grease and dirt in the gears in the main drive train, and it was putting enough of a strain on the main motor to cause an error message.

I wound up have to take all the gears off their mounting shafts, clean and re-lube them. I suppose you take the panels off and see if something looks wrong with the gears or motor.
