HP LaserJet 1200 paper problem

At my job i have many HP LJ 1200 printers, 3 showing the same problem. I already changed the fuser fixing films on all of them, but this problem is new:

The paper sometimes gets trough, but some times it does not. Almost always a noise is heard - as the paper travels trough the fuser. I watched the printing process with the printer open and saw that paper is bent before entering the fuser rolls. The bent paper touches the plastic "flap" (the movable part of the toner cartridge) and at this point the unfixed toner gets smudged.

The noise is heard when the bending of paper gets released (when it does - when it doesn't, the paper stucks inside printer)

If i remember correctly, i didn't replace any pressure rollers. The one before me right now seems fine, but is somehow twisted.

Any solutions?
Since the paper has passed the flap on the toner cartridge before toner is transfered to the paper I do not understand your description of the problem.

If the paper is bent and rubbing turn the stack over in the tray and see if it makes a difference, paper often has an image first side.
