Paper Jams In The Midst

Hello Experts,

Hope you guys are doing fine. My HP LaserJet 2420dn was working great but now it is causing problem. The paper jams in the midst of the printing process (i.e: it is unable to reach the 'heating' area, resulting which when I pull it out, I could 'rub off' the printed material with my hand or a cloth). Plus, when the printer starts an unusual 'creaking' sound emerges — as if some roller got stuck. Please note that I am a relatively new printer user and therefore possess little or no knowledge of printer terminologies and parts — but nonetheless I am learning.

Attached are some picture link(s) that can help to understand the problem better:

Kindly, suggest a solution. Thank you for considering.

Sincerely,
